  1. open a new image 500 x 500,
  2. open the tube, kelk - find two blue colors for your tag. make the dark  foreground color and the light background color. I have used #243a5f og #6b7c96.
  3. Activate the image which should be transparent. Selection - load/save selection - load selektion from disk - pspjoytriple.                                                                              
  4. flood fill with the dark color. Selections - modify - contract med 5
  5. new raster layer.
  6. flood fill with the light color. Selections - modify -  contract med 5.
  7. Edit - cut.
  8. with the magic wand tool click on the light stribes to select them.
  9. give your light color inner bevel.                                                                                
  10. select none
  11. Activate raster layer 1, the one with the dark selection. with the magic wand tool click in the middle part to select it.
  12. Find the tube - copy it den - activate raster 2 - Edit - paste as new raster layer. move it into place in the middle of the selection.
  13. Selections -  invert - Edit og cut.
  14. Activate the orignal again -  Edit - Copy.
  15. Activate raster layer 1 -  magic wand mark the left part of the dark mask.
  16. Activate raster layer 2  - new layer - Edit - paste into selection. - selekt none
  17. Copy the latest layer - mirror. Your image should look like this                                                
  18. Merge visible
  19. write your name - I have used the font Argor Got Scaqh,
  20. Find the brush  Chrismas snowflakes.
  21. put them on with both the dark and the light color, next to your name, do it on separate layers to make it possible to move the afterwards.
  22. set the brush size to 32 and make some more flakes under your name 
  23. Merge namelayer and  snowflakes layers visible - drop shadow.                                          
  24. new raster layer  - move it down as background layer - flood fill with an lighter color then your background color - I have used #c2d0e4.
  25. Add borders 3 pixels with the dark  foreground color.
  26. Add borders 25 pixels with the first background color.
  27. Add borders 3 pixels with dark foregrund color.
  28. magic wand - click on the middle border -  effects - Art Media effects - brush strokes.
  29. Effects - Geomatric effects - spherize.                                                                                                
  30. Give the selection inner bevel as in point 9 and drop shadow as before - repeate drop shadow this time with -2.
  31. Resize to 450 x 450 -  save as jpg.
