acktivate background layer
magic wand - select none - select the side pieces

magic wand - select none - select the top and bottom pieces
effects - reflections - pattern
if you want to save as psp-frame without the picture you have to
do the following now
selections - select all
modify - contract 53 pixels -
promote background layer
delete
now go on with the tutorial
find the tube sg_corner33 -
put it on a new raster layer on all 4 corners at the lines furthest out
repeate this on all the 4 corners furthest in by the picture
If you have choosen to remove the picture - export as picture frame
if not:
put on the name with a suitable font
resize to 83 % and save as jpg-file
