put the tube Champagne_Glasses_EGS_6 on a new raster layer - move into place - drop shadow as before.
Add borders - 2 pixels - with color black
Add borders - 25 pixels - with a different color
Magic wand - select frame - flood fill with gradient
new raster layer - flood fill with gradient as before.
selections - select none
image - mirror - opacity 50
merge visible
magic wand
click on the middle of the border at the top and bottom.
effects - texture effects - blinds with color #7b7b7b
new raster layer and put the corners NikSilverCorners1 on each layer, scale 45.
drop shadow
Find the font Planertary Orbiter - write your text - foreground color white - background gradient with the settings from the border.

merge flatten - image - resize to 75 % .
